On Friday, December 10, 2021, our team held another in a series of online partner workshops to jointly test templates for further work on the project (O1.A2.7) We designed the workshop as an interactive lecture on a daily, general topic that they themselves partners selected by voting at the beginning of the workshop. Of the 3 current topics offered - the corona virus, the migrant crisis, and equality and inclusion, the partners chose by a majority of votes that the topic would be equality and inclusion. Our partners were both teachers and students, and together we developed a methodology on equality. The partners actively participated in the workshop and contributed very well to the topic so that the methodology included all key aspects related to the topic. From this workshop, we singled out several key aspects of further work: Students express themselves more freely if they are given the opportunity to answer an oral question in writing, they give more answers to a given question more often, they are not ashamed of the reactions of the environment, the language barrier becomes less of a problem, they think more often about a problem or a current topic in more detail We are special proud that our consortium recognizes the importance of the topic of equality and inclusion and that we have developed the first common methodology on this topic. We ended the workshop with a picture that gave a good overview of the topic and joint work. |
