School Book - Academy of Knowledge - holds a Certified online advanced training program for teachers, teachers and principals in the period from November 2021 to May 2022.
One of the lecturers was Dr. sc. Predrag Pale, who spoke about the following in three lectures:
January 19, 2022. What are the competencies and what do teachers need?
February 2, 2022 How to recognize missing competencies, how to assess existing competencies?
February 16, 2022. How to acquire competencies? The role of ICT in the acquisition of competences
The goals of the program are to provide additional support for the professional development and competencies of teachers, professional associates and teachers in order to improve the quality of teaching and more successfully achieve learning outcomes, as well as its institutional recognition.
Education was monitored by 150 teachers - 200 teachers.
