☒ | O1.A1.1 – ICT Workshop on tool interactivity | 23.4.2021. the first in a series of online workshops for project partners was held - O1.A1.1 Workshop of ICT tools for interactivity. For the workshop itself, all consortium partners had to prepare a review of one of the currently available tools for increasing the interactivity of lectures (ARS), test the selected tool with students and identify the shortcomings of the tool, which features should be included in our future tool for increasing interactivity - AudIT. User interface verification workshop Partners presented suggestions and conclusions about interfaces. The lecture on interfaces introduced them to the terms: user experience, cognitive system model, accessibility, markers, mapping, accessibility. The presentations are part of the work on IO – O1.A1.2 Tests of the use of tools for individual subjects. Each partner chose the ARS tool that is most often used during interactive teaching - presented the scenario of use, key elements: class / age of students / topics / what types of questions to ask / how many / for what purpose. O1.A2.1 Interactivity workshop and defining the structure of interactive materials for self-learning. For the workshop, the partners prepared a short presentation on a topic that is particularly difficult or less understandable for students, within the scope of the subjects they teach. The partners were each other's teachers, and through a joint discussion, suggestions were made to make it easier for the students to understand the topic they chose to present. ☒ | O1.A2.7 Workshop testing methodologies and examples | On December 10, 2021, the project partners held another in a series of online workshops for testing templates for further work on the project (O1.A2.7 Workshop testing methodologies and examples). The workshop was designed as a joint development of an interactive lecture on a daily, general topic chosen by the partners by voting at the beginning of the workshop. At the end of the workshop, the project partners started work on a large unit - O1.A2.8 - Corrections of methodologies and development of examples. The goal of the activity is for each member of the project team to create 10 methodologies with examples of using the AudIT tool in teaching. OUTCOMES: The partners determined the understanding of the template, the objectives of the methodologies and the way to include the ARS tool in the planning of the methodologies |

2. Summary of the meeting
On Thursday, June 30, 2022. Transnational Project Meeting was held at the High School of Economics and Gymnasium in Maribor https://www.ses-mb.si/. The project host of the Transnational Project Meeting was Maja Vičić - Krabonja, who led the teams from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing https://www.fer.unizg.hr/, Anton Martin Slomška Institute, Maribor https://www.z-ams.si/index.php/sl/, Tartu Rakendusliku Kolleđ / Tartu Vocational College from Estonia https ://voco.ee/ and Aquilonis http://www.aquilonis.hr/Poslovanje/altii.html welcomed, and handled the meeting and the entire organization of the event at a high level.
During the meeting, the Aquilonis coordinator presented the project's activities so far, the status of the project, the excellent assessment of the Agency for Mobility and EU programs on the one-year work of the project team, administrative instructions and requirements for the team. Then the partners presented their contributions to the project, and it was concluded that the course of the project is fully in line with the planned and outlined activities in the project application.

At the end of the meeting, a work plan was made until the end of the project, the activities that must be carried out, the promotional activities that are in front of the project team were defined, and the final conferences were discussed.
After the meeting, the entire project team visited the Institute of Anton Martin Slomšek in Maribor https://www .z-ams.si/index.php/sl/, where cooperation within the project was discussed, as well as possible future projects of this project team. With the director Dr. sc. Andrej Flogije was discussed about the application of the results of this project in the Institute, as well as in the surrounding schools and faculties.

5. End of TMP and visit to the Institute
After the end of the TMP, the participants filled out the evaluation sheets, and then the certificates were distributed to the participants, so the whole project team visited the Institute of Anton Martin Slomšek, Maribor, Slovenia. We were welcomed at the Institute by the director, Ph.D. Flogi, whom we reported on the status of the project and on the activities that need to be carried out until the end of the project. Likewise, possible new projects that could be implemented within such a good project team were discussed.
