The methodology harmonization workshop O1.A2.5 was held in the form of three smaller workshops to ensure that all partners participated in this activity in total and had the opportunity to give their input and opinion on the developed methodological examples from the activity O1.A2.4 – initial methods of interactivity for subjects with an example. The partners uploaded these methodical examples to a shared network disk space, after which the project manager reviewed them and compiled feedback on each one. The partners joined on September 23, 2021. at 12 noon (ZAMS – Miro Đukić, Žiga Kobše and Jakob Murko), 2 pm (TARTU – Katlin Kask-Adamson, Vilve Pohla and SEŠMB – Maja Vičić Krabonja) and 28.9.2021. at 10 a.m. (TARTU – Signe Vedler and Anne Krull).
During the meetings, the partners received feedback on their submitted methodical examples and at the same time had the opportunity to provide the project manager with feedback on the structure of the forms for the development of methodical examples. All meetings were attended by Vesna Kezdorf and Marija Vurnek on behalf of the project manager Aquilonis d.o.o. and Juraj Petrović on behalf of FER. At the conclusion of the meetings, the proposal of some partners was adopted to shorten the form for the elaboration of the methodology by removing the detailed elaboration of the lesson and to include it in the elaboration of "step-by-step" examples. The last question from the second part of the form, which referred to the general goals of the Erasmus program, was also dropped. The partners had no additions to the list of needs of students and teachers that was proposed in the framework of the previous workshop O1.A2.3.
At the conclusion of the held workshop, documents with examples of methodologies that they had previously submitted were returned to the partners. The returned documents include comments that were discussed orally during the workshop. The partner's role is to further implement the comments on the new form that will be delivered to them by the project manager and thus implement the activity O1.A2.6 – Development of methodologies for subjects with initial examples.
